For those new to yoga, we recommend Slow Flow, Relax and Restore or Align and Flow. See our flowchart for more details. If you are familiar with yoga, feel free to explore any of our wonderful classes. To ensure your practice benefits you and your schedule, we encourage you to review all class descriptions. While many of our experienced teachers offer modifications and variations regardless of the class name or level, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your time with us. Remember, this is YOUR practice! Let go and let your body be your guide.
When arriving at our studio, several parking options are available. Free 2-3 hour spaces are located on Franklin and Donaldson Street, or you may choose to park in the parking deck or the parking lot behind our building (free after 5 pm and on weekends). To allow everyone enough time to get situated and discuss any concerns/conditions with the teacher, we strongly encourage everyone to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.
Storage cubicles, located in the waiting area and yoga room, are available to students during their class. Because yoga is practiced barefoot, please remember to take off shoes and socks prior to entering the yoga room. We also have a dressing room in the waiting area and a bathroom located through the yoga room.
Entering the yoga room
It is advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for enough time to settle, relax, meditate, and address any questions or concerns with your teacher. If you are tardy, please come in quietly, sign in, and enter the practice area as respectfully as possible.
Teachers typically set up at the front of the yoga room between the two entrance doors facing the clock, all other places are available and based on a first come, first situated basis. So you may have all the props needed prior to class, it is recommended to ask your teacher about suggested props. The props are located in front of the windows and it available to all students. We recommend bringing a mat if you have one; however, we do have mats available to students on a first come, first serve basis.
Props & equipment
We have all the props and equipment that you need for a yoga practice - mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets and many more! We highly recommend that you bring your own yoga mat, especially for warm or hot yoga. We lend out yoga mats however they are shared. We sell yoga mats and yoga mat towels on site as well.
Be on time, better yet early
We advise our students arrive at least 10 minutes early to get situated. For the peace of mind for our teachers and students, the doors are locked when class begins.
If we haven’t answered any questions you may have, please review our FAQs and then call or text if you need.
Remember to breathe, smile and enjoy your practice!
